Managing Mother’s Day during COVID

Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 10th! Sadly, you will not be seeing our outdoor tent this year…

With the Premier’s decision to gradually re-open some non-essential businesses as of May 11th, we will be doing our best to accommodate the needs of our clients as they look to celebrate Mother’s Day with flowers.

To achieve this, we are offering the following 2 services:

– Contact-less Deliveries
– Curbside Pick-Up

The details of these services will be listed below. Please note that with the expected increase in deliveries, we will NOT be able to accommodate specific delivery times.

From May 4th-10th, our website will showcase a limited selection of products being offered for Mother’s Day. Quantities are limited so we recommend you order as early as possible to secure the arrangement of your choice! Sadly, clients will not be able to come into the shop to choose the flowers they would like in their bouquet.

For other inquiries such as funerals, please call us with as much advance notice of delivery as possible.

As a final note, the city required a portion of our parking lot as they undertake construction along Cote-Vertu BLVD West, therefore the best access for pick-ups will be on St-Germain ST South.

– Contact-less Deliveries.

1. The driver will ring the doorbell or call the recipient & place the arrangement at the door.
2. The driver will back away to the advised safe distance of 2m.
3. The recipient will open the door and confirm their identity.
4. If no one is home or does not respond to phone calls, WE WILL leave the arrangement at the door or arrange another delivery time, if applicable.

*Incorrect recipient information that results in multiple delivery stops will result in a second delivery charge (ex: apartment number; house address; incorrect phone number)

-Curbside Pick-Ups. Please be mindful of 2M distance!

1. When placing your order you will have the choice of a 10am-12pm; 12pm-2pm; 2pm-4pm pick-up time slot.
2. Using the entrance on Rue St-Germain (South), drive or walk up to the Cedar plants marked with the ‘X’.
3. Call 514-747-2581, give your name and/or order number.
4. We will deposit the arrangement on the outside table and you will be free to take it yourself!

*Please note that all pick-ups must be payed in advance by credit card. No cash accepted.

**To prevent a line-up, we will not be able to accommodate order add-ons on the spot.
