We’ve been creating beautiful flower arrangements since we first opened our doors on Valentine’s Day in 1978.
From that day on, we have continued to serve our customers with the same love and respect that inspired us to start this business.
We’ve come a long way since that first store, but our heart remains the same. Every bouquet we create is made with love for your life’s special moments, big or small.
Thank you for trusting us all these years, and we look forward to continuing this journey with you.
With love,
The Le Bouquet Family
At just 13 years old, Manuel Botelho began honing his skills in the tobacco fields of his homeland, Portugal. In 1967, he immigrated to Canada, bringing with him a deep passion and expertise in the floral industry. Manuel and his wife, Anna Botelho, opened the first Le Bouquet store in Ville-Saint-Laurent on Valentine’s Day in 1978. What began as their shared dream has blossomed into a family legacy, with the business continuing to thrive under the care of their family members today

As a loving wife, mother and muse, Anna Botelho’s unwavering dedication and nurturing spirit have played a pivotal role in shaping the heart and soul of Le Bouquet. She has always been the first person to show up and lend a hand during busy seasons, and the one to ensure that the homefront is a warm, safe and happy place to return to after a long day of work. Her love and commitment are woven into every new arrangement, creating a legacy of beauty, care, and connection that defines the essence of Le Bouquet.
In 2009, Joseph purchased the business from his parents to continue the family legacy and take it to the next level. In 1981, at just 6 years old, Joseph was shadowing his father in the flower shop, developing his design skills and knowledge of the business. By 1996, he was working full time in the store. Today, Joseph’s passion, vision and creativity continue to elevate the business into a thriving enterprise known for its innovative designs and exceptional customer service. His dedication to honoring tradition while embracing modern trends has earned the business a reputation as a leader in the industry. Under Joseph’s guidance, the shop continues to flourish, combining timeless designs with fresh, contemporary ideas to delight customers for every occasion.

In 2009, Natalie Botelho partnered with her brother Joseph to bring a fresh perspective to the business and expand Le Bouquet’s potential. While Natalie’s passion for cooking and baking initially led her down another path to pursue culinary studies, her time as a young girl in the flower shop with her dad and brother inspired her to bring her creative talents back to the family business. Today, Natalie leads the Le Bouquet team of floral designers with her unique vision, attention to detail, and most of all, her love.
